Dr van Niekerk is the best Orthopaedic Surgeon I have come across. He conducted a meniscus repair on my knee, and the procedure was smoothly and successfully conducted. He admitted me in March 2024, at Cintocare Hospital, and I must say the facilities there were the best, not forgetting the hospitality was at another level.

Dr van Niekerk’s team was awesome; they were so kind and constantly checking up on me before and post the surgery. Dr. van Niekerk is such an amazing, empathetic, and experienced doctor—awesome at what he does. He really takes the time to listen to you as his patient and fully explains everything in detail in the simplest way possible for you to understand.

Going into theatre, I knew the exact procedure he was going to perform on my hand, as if I had years of experience! I had absolute trust in him and his team, knowing I was in safe hands.

He has impeccable bedside manner as well. He came to see me early in the evening in the ward before he knocked off and again early the next morning around 05:00. I even looked outside to confirm it was still dark that early in the morning—I was ecstatic!

His staff were also super great: efficient, friendly, and on the ball. I was really impressed. A big shout-out to the staff at Cintocare as well!

Eerstens aan jou praktyk wat werklik baie meer moeite gedoen het om hierdie operasie te laat realiseer as wat enige pasiënt kon verwag.

Die kommunikasie en terugvoer aan my was ook bo verwagting. Hulle is baie vriendelik en was altyd gedurende oproepe nie net baie professioneel nie maar ook positief. Hulle het gesorg dat ek deurentyd die lig in die tonnel kon sien.
